証明書の文字化け

iPhone Developer Program を購入したときに、ADC のアカウント情報の一部に日本語が含まれてしまっていたので、「Satoshi ??」という中途半端な名前で証明書ができてしまっていた。

「今年の汚れ、今年のうちに」ということで、一念発起して http://developer.apple.com/contact/ から修正のお願いを送った。日本語のサポートの場所がどこを探しても見つからなかったので、英語で。適切なサブジェクトが見つからなかったので、「ADC Membership」というサブジェクトで送付。こんな感じ。

I have purchased a standard iPhone Developer Program, but as my account information partially included Japanese characters at the time I purchased, so there is strange common name in my distribution certificate now (I mean, I cannot see it as English name nor Japanese name).

At the iPhone Developer Program portal, my name is displayed as Satoshi ?? for Distribution Certificates, and ?? is the location my distribution certificate has the problem.

This problem sometime causes Xcode to fail find the appropriate certificate from my KeyChain when I build iPhone applications.

Can you please fix the problem for my common name in my certificate to be shown as Satoshi Numata, as same as for my Development Certificates?

12月25日に送って、28日に日本語で返事が来た。予想より速かった。「文字化けしてるスクリーンショットと、購入時の注文番号を送ってください」とのこと。

から、「インフォーメーション」-「ADC FAQ」と辿って、「Apple Developer Forumsベータ版」から「Apple Developer Forumsベータ版使用ガイドラインは何ですか？」という項目を開いて「Developer Programメンバーシップまたは登録状況について： Apple Developer Programに関するお問い合わせは、jdevprog@asia.apple.comにご連絡ください」という情報にたどり着けることが分かったのだけど、ふつー見つからないだろ、こんな場所 (__;。
